Data collected

The contact form collects four pieces of information: your name, your email address, the project type and your message. No other data is requested.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request, under article 6.1.b of the GDPR.

Recipients and transfers outside the EU

Messages are routed through Formspree, Inc., a provider established in the United States, which forwards the form content to my inbox. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Messages are then stored in my mailbox, provided by Google.

Retention period

Messages are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tool. However, the typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts servers, which transmits your IP address to Google, and the host GitHub records technical connection logs.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write to sdnathanpro@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, cnil.fr.
